Entertainment centre “Maza Park” is opening in Saint Petersburg at the end of summer

“Maza Park”, entertainment centres of next generation, starting their work in Saint Petersburg soon. The first complex of 14 000 sq.m. will be opened in retail&entertainment centre “Continent” on 30/32, Bucharestskaya str. The second facility of 15 000 sq.m is to be opened in December this year. In case the project is a success 20 more complexes of this chain will be opened in Russia in the cities with a million-plus population by 2020.

“Maza Park” is a unique project presupposing totally new form of entertainment services”, – says Anton Sigaev, general director of entertainment centres’ chain “Maza Park”, - “We’d like to create a new space for the young people of Saint Petersburg”.

There are two ways of “Maza Park” development: in well-known retail&entertainment centres and separatly in standing alone buildings. To implement the project of standing alone complex in Saint Petersburg the incomlete construction of consumer goods market on 14, Ho Shi Min str. was acquired and reconstructed. The legal support of the deal on the part of the owner was lent by ASTERA an alliance member of BNP Paribas Real Estate. “Maza Park”, the second in Saint Petersburg, will be opened here by the New year.

The target audience of new retail complexes are young people from 17 to 22 years old. The expected amount of visitors is up to 3 000 people a day. The investment volume for opening the first “Maza Park” made 350 mln. rub. For implementation of the project on 14, Ho Shi Min str. a larger investment volume - i.e. 1 billion rub. considering the cost of the building will be required.

A great choice of entertainments will be widely available for the visitors of the complex: rollerdrome, motordrome, Q-ZAR, bowling, billiards, table tennis, electronic darts, shooting-range, over 100 of popular gaming machines, 5D-cinema and many others. Apart from specific areas 3 night clubs with different music styles, 9 bars and the unique KINObar with the possibility of the repertory choice will operate in the complex.
