A new appointment in ASTERA St. Petersburg

Alexander Veselov was appointed to the post of development director of ASTERA an alliance member of BNP Paribas Real Estate.

His new position will now presuppose the strategy planning of ASTERA development, participation in events connected with the company services promotion, development of partnership relations with key customers and realization of regional development program.

“ASTERA takes leading positions in the sphere of commercial real estate of Saint Petersburg. I’m sure that my working experience will contribute to the considerable expansion of the company’s leadership”, Alexander Veselov emphasized.

Before starting his activity in ASTERA Alexander worked in the SUE “Vodokanal of Saint Petersburg” taking the post of vice manager in the «Unite Processing Centre» subsidiary. And before that he worked as the project head manager in the holding company «SetlSity» and the head of projects’ analysis department in “Stroymontazh” Ltd. His realized project portfolio includes several consulting projects for developer’s companies in Saint Petersburg, Omsk and other regions of Russia. Alexander’s career in the sphere of real estate started in 2005.

Alexander has graduated from Saint Petersburg State Maritime Technical University with a specialization in sociology. He has also taken the professional retraining with a degree in marketing and MBA program with a degree in marketing & management in Saint Petersburg University of Economy and Finances.
