New appointment at Saint Petersburg office ASTERA

Aleksey Gulevsky has been appointed to the position of the head of the consulting company ASTERA in alliance with BNP Paribas Real Estate.

The duties of his new position are to coordinate the work of the department and control fulfillment of the consulting projects or expand portfolio of the company’s clients including at the expense of regional projects as well as to develop the flow of evaluation services. “The main task of the ASTERA consulting department is supporting the active participation in regional projects and providing to clients a package of services in real estate industry: from the object conception development to the investor attraction and the following brokerage” – Aleksey said.

Aleksey started his employment career in real estate industry in 2005. Holding the position of the consultant and project’s manager in the big consulting and real estate development companies (GVA Sawyer, Macromir, Green Country). He worked on consulting projects in Moscow, Saint-Petersburg and Russian regions. Aleksey came to the position of the senior consultant of the consulting department in ASTERA. In total, throughout his career, Aleksey took part in realization over 100 residential and commercial property projects, among which are BTK-Development, Jensen group, NCC, PIK group companies, VTB Development, Rostelekom and others.

Aleksey graduated the Faculty of Marketing in Saint-Petersburg State University of Economics and Finance and took the course of advanced training with a specialization in “Development Company’s management”.
