Ludmila Reva to be a judge of Real Estate Market Award in Ekaterinburg

Ludmila Reva, director of ASTERA an alliance member of BNP Paribas Real Estate, joined a team of judges in a category “Shopping centers” of annual professional independent award which recognizes developers’ achievements in Ekaterinburg. The contest was organized by City administration, Ural Real Estate Chamber and Communication Group EKBPROMO.

"Ekaterinburg retail real estate is the second after Saint Petersburg on the level of provision of high-quality retail premises which estimates here at 530 sq.m. per 1 000 residents. The city is filled with professional projects and I’m sure that among them there is one that is worth this Award”, - noted Ludmila Reva.

Expert Council will choose the best projects in the following categories:

• New Buildings
• Urban Planning Project
• Low-rise Constructions
• Out-of-town Complexes
• Office Centers
• Retail Centers
• Hotels
• Warehouse Complexes
• Person of the Year

The winner in each category will be announced at Award Ceremony on the 5th of December, 2013.
