LR Health&Beauty System opens the new Shopping Center in Saint Petersburg

The German LR retail company specializing in direct sales of beauty and perfume products as well as of provisions continues to open and to renew Shopping Centers in the cities of Russia within the frames of the business extending and goods access improving programme. Over the first ten-day period of September 2013 the LR Health&Beauty Systems Shopping Center is to move into the new comfortable premises of 550 sq.m. located in the office center on Lygovsky Avenue, 264, in St. Petersburg. The broker is Astera, an alliance member of BNP Paribas Real Estate.

The International LR Company has been in the Russian market since 2011. Over this quite a short period Russian market has become the second one among other 30 foreign markets on which the LR products are represented. At this moment the number of partners cooperating with the Russian Company amounts to 100 000. The operator’s success directly depends on the rapid regional development. Since its emerging on the Russian market the company has opened 6 Shopping Centers including the one located in St. Petersburg.

According to Sharmila Chatterjee, “LR RUSS” Director General, the demand on quality beauty products continues to rise as well as the popularity of direct sales as a modern way of doing business. “These tendencies reveal in the progress business performances of LR in Russia, which by the end of 2012 have reached 1000%. The Russian representatives of LR Company are planning to open some other new Shopping Centers in 2013 and to continue the further regional expansion along with the process of improving delivery terms”, emphasizes Mrs. Chatterjee.

The quality of service improvement is one of the main reasons of moving to the new premises. The number of LR partners in St. Petersburg as well as in the other cities of Russia continues to grow, that’s why such issues as speeding of order processing, increasing the number of premises and warehouses and providing the staff with rooms for trainings remain our most topical ones.

“It is very easy to get to this location due to its good placement not far from the center of the city, near the metro station and Moscow Avenue. The Shopping Center is situated in the rapidly developing region, where the number of commercial and real estate projects are being implemented that in its turn will be a great trigger of business and buying capacity growth in the nearest few years”, said Lilia Pavlova, ASTERA an alliance member of BNP Paribas Real Estate Head of Client Services Department.

The whole range of available products will be presented in the new Shopping Center. There will be more than 600 of products’ items including perfume and beauty products for men and women.
