ASTERA has evaluated the assets of “MIS” Ltd.

ASTERA an alliance member of BNP Paribas Real Estate has evaluated the market cost of the industrial warehouse facility of “MIS” Ltd.

The object of evaluation was the land plot of 25 000 sq.m in Vsevilozhsk city of Leningrad region with its A-class industrial warehouse facility of more than 10 000 sq.m.
Among the facility’s main advantages are the transport acessibility (13 km away from the Ring Road), multifunctionality as well as the possibility to use it as a food industry workshop or a warehouse for alimentary and non-alimentary products. The demand for such premices in St.Petersburg may be defined as stably high nowadays. According to ASTERA research, the vacancy rate in A-class warehouse facilities has made up only 3% by the end of Q1, 2013.

At present just over 1 000 sq.m of the industrial warehouse facility are leased for production and logistic aims.

“MIS” Ltd. is a strategic partner of ASTERA an alliance member of BNP Paribas Real Estate. The companies have been cooperating in the sphere of consulting, evaluation and brokerage for many years already. Thus, 4300 sq.m of the industrial warehouse facility of “MIS” Ltd. was leased in 2010 with the participation of ASTERA.
