ASTERA is a new exclusive consultant of SC “Kapitoliy – Udelniy Park”

ASTERA an alliance member of BNP Paribas Real Estate concluded an exclusive brokerage agreement with SC “Kapitoliy – Udelniy Park” in St. Petersburg.

Today the chain of shopping centres “Kapitoliy” which is owned and managed by ENKA TC, amounts to nine shopping centres in Moscow, Moscow region and Saint Petersburg. “Kapitoliy – Udelniy Park” is a high-quality shopping complex situated in Primorsky District in St. Petersburg, which is 5-minutes walk from “Pionerskaya” metro station.

It is a three-storey shopping complex with gross building area of 41 660 sq.m. Gross leasable area estimates 20 250 sq.m. There is a parking lot with 500 car parking spaces in the object.

Anchor tenants of the object are Media Markt and Karo Film. In November grocery store “Auchan” and family restaurant “Gusi-Lebedi” will be opened. In total, more than 50 stores operate in the shopping complex. Among them there are Lady&Gentleman, Letoile, Pull&Bear, Mexx, Jeans Symphony, Pierre Cardin and others.

“Primorsky District is a leader of market supply. Population here is provided with high-quality retail premises which estimates to 1 225 sq.m. per 1 000 people. Considering high market saturation, we are planning to strengthen competitiveness of shopping complex by expanding tenant pool, increasing the number of brand operators, filling vacant areas, and also increasing the number of visitors to 16-20 thousand people a day.
