ASTERA found premises for Stolle Pie Shop in the center of Saint Petersburg

At the beginning of 2014, a new retail outlet will be opened by the network of Stolle Pie Shops in Tsentralny District in Saint Petersburg. ASTERA an alliance member of BNP Paribas Real Estate acted as a broker to rent premises with total area of 125 sq. m. on Vladimirsky Prospekt 15.

Stolle Company was founded in 2002. Due to high quality standards it has gained reputation of one of the best pie shop chains in the country. Currently, retail outlets of the company operate in 22 cities of Russia. In Saint Petersburg 12 cafes were opened in almost every district.

"We are very careful in selection of premises for Stolle Pie Shop and we choose only the most attractive locations. The key factor is the availability of intense pedestrian flow, transport accessibility, immediate vicinity to metro station. Facility locates on Vladimirsky Prospekt 15 and meets all the requirements of the company. Soon another Pie Shop will be opened near Novocherkasskaya metro station” - said Elena Parsegova, director of a new Stolle Pie Shop on Vladimirsky Prospekt.
Customer’s area will occupy 80 sq. m. of the cafe, and the remaining space will accommodate a kitchen and a technical room. Previously, Gourmet Coffee House occupied the abovementioned premises.

"Vladimirsky Prospekt is an attractive location for a variety of operators. There are higher education institutions, and several major business centers in the district. There is a part of tourist flow, which provides intensive pedestrian and transport traffic," - noted Lilia Pavlova, Head of Customer Service Department at ASTERA an alliance member of BNP Paribas Real Estate.
