«Domarket» Chain Opens in Shopping Centre «MC» with ASTERA Assistance

“Domarket’ chain has chosen the shopping centre “MC” under construction in Miklukho-Maklaj street for opening its brand store of household goods. The store will be located in the second floor of the shopping centre and will occupy 1’000 sq.m. ASTERA, an alliance member of BNP Paribas Real Estate, being an exclusive lease agent for this project, has also served as a transaction consultant.
“Domarket’ chain offers a wide range of different goods for home, utensils, kitchen gadgets, knives sets and cutlery produced by leading European brands, such as: Rondell, Vitesse, Tescoma, Tefal, Ballarini, Luminarc, Bohemia, Bormioli, Spiegelau, Walther glass.

The shopping centre “MC” with the total area of 15’700 sq.m. is planned to be opened in Q2 2012. According to the concept the ground floor will accommodate McDonald's restaurant in ‘McAuto’ format, the chemist’s, bank, dry cleaning and other service operators. According to Olga Zbrueva, the Head of Clients Division in ASTERA, “presently the negotiations on opening the supermarket of one of the leading food chains are being held”. The retail gallery shall comprise shoes, clothes and accessories stores, perfumery and cosmetics shops, as well as fitness centre, restaurants and café. A surface and underground parking for 230 car parking spaces will be arranged for the visitors.
The basic rental rates in “MC” make $500-$3’000 per sq.m., net of VAT and operational expenses.
