New Tenant Entered Business Centre «Kantemirovsky» with ASTERA?s Assistance

ASTERA, an alliance member of BNP Paribas Real Estate, has served as a broker to the lease transaction of 740 sq.m. in business centre ‘Kantemirovsky’ by ‘Delo vsekh’ company.

JSC ‘TPF Delo vsekh’ is one of the largest suppliers of raw oil and fat and cacao products for confectionary, baking, oil-and-fat and dairy industry.
Earlier the company’s office was located in Voskova street, building 11. According to the assistant to the executive manager of ‘TPF Delo vsekh’ the former office met all requirements of the company, but they had to leave it upon the order of the City Property Management Committee, as earlier the office building was occupied by a kindergarten.

“When looking for a new office space we were first of all interested in staying within Petrogradsky district,” – the representative of JSC ‘TPF Delo vsekh’ says, - “Our offices have always been located there since company’s foundation in 2001.Vicinity of the underground was also crucial. The new office, offered by ASTERA consultants, allowed not only to keep the location, but also to increase the premise class and get a brilliant panoramic view from the windows onto the Bolshaya Nevka and Vyborgskaya embankment as a bonus”.

‘Kantemirovsky’ business centre of class B is located on Petrogradskaya side within the walking distance from Petrogradskaya underground station in the immediate vicinity of traffic arteries Aptekarskaya and Vyborgskaya embankments, Kantemirovsky prospect. Total area of the business centre is 94’700 sq.m., which are currently fully occupied by the tenants. The building is equipped with up-to-date systems of ventilation, air conditioning, fire-fighting, video surveillance; it provides roofed secured car parking for 100 parking spaces, as well as guest parking area. Besides, the panoramic view over the river Neva adds to the attractiveness of the business centre. “Petrogradsky district is traditionally of high demand among tenants,” – Alexandra Smirnova, the Head of Office Real Estate Department at ASTERA, an alliance member of BNP Paribas Real Estate, says, - “It is very difficult to find premises in this district especially large premises. In the nearest future no new supply of office space on Petrogradskaya side is expected, thus shortage of space is inevitable”.
