Andrey Starkov is Appointed As the Head of Consulting Department at ASTERA, an Alliance Member of BNP Paribas Real Estate

At the new post Mr. Starkov will be supervising the consulting projects department of the company in Saint Petersburg and regions, as well as will be developing clients portfolio.

Before this appointment Andrey Starkov for over 3 years was occupying the position of a senior consultant of investment consulting department at ASTERA.
He has been working with commercial real estate since 2008.
Andrey got a degree in economics in Saint Petersburg State University of Economics and Finances in 2000.
