ASTERA, an alliance member of BNP Paribas Real Estate, is One of the Three Top Market Leaders of 2011

The results of brokerage companies rating in 2011 (launched by CRE North-West magazine) have been summarized in Saint Petersburg. 9 companies, operating in segments of office, retail and warehouse real estate, took part in the rating. ASTERA won the third prize as to the total volume of realized commercial real estate in Saint Petersburg.

The rating results have also been summarized per segments. Finally, ASTERA has become one of the three leaders in warehouse real estate, having leased 29’400 sq.m. by the end of the year. In retail real estate segment, only lease transactions for space in shopping complexes were taken into consideration in the rating. In this segment ASTERA has also become one of the three leading companies with the result of 12’160 sq.m. And another 15’000 sq.m. have been realized by the company in in-built space segment.

In office segment ASTERA has won the first prize in two categories: the leader in number of leased and sold space in business centres of class B and class C. The total result of the company in segment of business centres of all three classes has made 12’945 sq.m. << Return to the list
