ASTERA Selected Space for Coffeeshop Company Caf? near Admiraltejskaya Underground Station

At the beginning of 2012 a new café of Viennese chain Coffeeshop Company will be opened near Admiraltejskaya underground station. ASTERA, an alliance member of BNP Paribas Real Estate, has rendered services on space selection.

JSC “COFFEE SET”, developing the Coffeeshop Company chain in Russia, has leased the space of 150 sq.m. in Malaya Morskaya street. A new coffee-house will have 51 seat.
26 cafes under brand name of Coffeeshop Company are operating in Saint Petersburg. The chain is generally developing in central districts of the city, occupying both in-built space and area in successful shopping complexes, such as shopping and leisure complex ‘Galereya’, shopping complex ‘Vladimirskij passage’, shopping complex ‘PIK’, shopping complex ‘Sennaya’. The chain is the third largest chain in Saint Petersburg as to number of cafes and has representations in 8 cities of Russia.

ASTERA has been cooperating with Coffeeshop Company chain for a long time already. In 2010 one of the flagman projects in 100, Nevsky prospect was opened with assistance of ASTERA.
“Opening of the new underground station in the historical centre of Saint Petersburg has led to active rotation of the tenants in adjacent streets,” – Lyudmila Reva, the Director in ASTERA, an alliance member of BNP Paribas Real Estate, says, - “Rental rates for space has grown by up to 20% and have come up to the level of the most liquid section of Nevsky prospect, which has earlier ended at Moika river embankment”.
