Alexey Filimonov and Ludmila Reva will appear on PROEstate forum

Alexey Filimonov, CEO of ASTERA an alliance member of BNP Paribas Real Estate, and Ludmila Reva, company director, will appear on PROEstate forum which will take place in Moscow, on September 8-10, 2014 (Krasnopresnenskaya emb., 14, Central exhibition complex ‘Expocenter’, Hall 1 (Vystavochnaya metro station).

Alexey Filimonov will participate in the discussion titled “Match-making: presentation of investment projects in the regions’ which will be held on September 9 from 15.30 to 17.30. During the discussion the experts will give consideration to the following questions:

• What prevents investments from inflowing into the regions?
• What segments of the sector the investors are interested in today?
• What are some special characteristics of foreign investments in the period of instability of Russian economy?

At the same time, Ludmila Reva will act as a co-moderator of the discussion titled “Retail: management of changes” which will be held on September 9 from 10.30 to 12.30. Experts will talk about influence of new economic conditions on expansion of international retail chains, methods of attraction of key retailers; what to do when a trade center becomes a place for entertainment, and not for shopping, and some other issues.

PROEstate forum has been held in Russia since 2006. Every year more than 200 Russian and foreign speakers participate in this event. More than 80% of forum auditorium consists of top-managers, owners and heads of real estate departments. PROEstate 2014 Business program covers investments and financing issues, questions of development, management and operation.
